Supply and Delivery of Chairs and Tables for Umzimvubu Municipal Halls

Umzimvubu Local Municipality seeks a service provider to supply and deliver furniture to two municipal halls and a multi-purpose centre. The scope includes: 1,500 heavy-duty plastic chairs (dimensions 575mm W × 800mm H × 586mm L), 40 multi-purpose boardroom chairs with black leather finish, and 2 multi-purpose boardroom tables (4.8m L × 400mm W × 90cm H, 16–18 seater capacity). The work addresses existing damage (cracked and broken chairs) and unavailability of furnishings at the multi-purpose centre. Delivery locations are Emaxesibeni and KwaBhaca halls. Contract duration is 2 months from acceptance date. The service provider must ensure all items are in good condition and meet specifications. All prices must be firm and inclusive of VAT.
