Supply and delivery of 27 wheelchairs (9 per quarter over 9 months) for Kumkani Mhlontlo Local Municipality via competitive bidding with stage 1 functionality evaluation (minimum 70% required) and stage 2 price/preferential procurement evaluation.

- • Proof of Municipal Rates (not later than one month) or lease agreement
- • Quotation on company letterhead or with business stamp
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (MBD 2)
- • B-BBEE certificate from SANAS-accredited verification agency, IRBA-registered auditor, or sworn affidavit
- • ID copy for specific goals claim (HDI/Youth/Women/Disability/Military/Rural)
- • CK and CSD for women equity ownership claim
- • Medical certificate for disability equity ownership claim
- • Confirmation letter from Office of Military Veterans for military veteran claim
- • Proof of residence from traditional leader or ward councillor for rural enterprise claim
