- • OHS Act 85/1993 & Construction Regulations 2003 compliance declaration
- • Health and safety plan submission
- • Joint Venture Agreement if applicable
- • Functionality evaluation minimum 70/100 points
- • Contract Participation Goal minimum 10% (preference scoring)
