Request for Bids to establish a panel of law firms to provide legal services to the Social Housing Regulatory Authority for 3 years with optional 2-year extension, with service providers appointed on rotational basis as needed.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Team leader minimum 10 years experience managing/leading/supervising in chosen legal specialization
- • Team members minimum 3-6 years experience in chosen legal specialization
- • At least 3 signed and contactable reference/appointment letters for work completed within 6 years
- • Adequate structural and human resource capacity
- • Duly registered, incorporated and approved by Legal Practice Council
- • Basic office equipment and resources (laptop, 3G connection, landline, own office)
- • Office located within region where work will be conducted
- • Ability to work within strict timelines
