- • Completion of Annexure A (List of relevant current and past contracts with verifiable references)
- • Completion of WCBD 1, WCBD 3.2 (Pricing Schedule and Detailed Cost Breakdown), Price Adjustment Schedule, WCBD 4
- • Minimum 15% of original bid price remains firm (not subject to escalations)
- • Central Supplier Database registration required at bid closing time
- • Home-based care workers must: possess SETA qualification, communicate in at least 2 official Western Cape languages, be physically fit, have previous care experience, not be listed in Part B of National Child Protection Register, have no record of violence/neglect/abuse
