- • For EME/QSE preference points: Full completed and signed MBD 6.1
- • For local enterprise preference: Municipal Rates, Municipal Confirmation Letter, or Lease Agreement
- • Company Registration or CK documentation (certified, not older than 6 months)
- • Certified ID copies (not older than 6 months)
- • Municipal certificate confirming no arrears on rates/taxes/service charges exceeding 3 months
- • All returnable MBD forms (MBD 1-9) completed in full
- • Resolution of Directors/Members or Certificate of Authority (for partnerships/consortiums/JVs)
