- • EME or QSE at least 51% owned by black people OR proof of business location within Mnquma Local Municipality (Municipal Rates, Confirmation Letter, or Lease Agreement)
- • Completed and signed MBD forms (MBD 1-9)
- • For partnerships/consortiums/joint ventures: signed agreement and all parties registered on CSD
- • Certified ID copies not older than 6 months
- • Company Registration/CK documentation
- • Certificate of non-indebtedness to municipality or municipal entity
