What you need to qualify for this tender
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs) required to qualify for preference points
- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN from SARS or printed TCS certificate
- • Central Supplier Database (CSD) number if no TCS PIN available
- • Service Level Agreement (SLA) to be concluded upon award
- • Valid and active OEM email address for verification if OEM authorisation is a requirement
- • Reference letters with verifiable contact details
- • Proof of subcontracting arrangement if subcontractors involved
- • Teaming agreement if Joint Venture, Consortium, Trust, or Partnership
- • POPIA Supplier Notice and Consent form
- • All returnable documents must be submitted in prescribed format
- • Electronic submission via eTender platform (https://www.etenders.gov.za/) mandatory - failure to submit via eTender results in automatic disqualification
- • Operational premises with necessary infrastructure and relevant accreditation by relevant body
- • Financial statements may be requested prior to award to verify financial stability
- • Shortlisted bidders may be required to present to evaluation committee and may be subjected to site visit
