About this tender
Request for Proposal for appointment of up to three International Exhibition Stand Design and Build Service Providers for a 36-month framework agreement to deliver exhibition stand design, construction, logistics and support services for South African Tourism's international exhibitions.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Must be registered on South African Tourism e-procurement portal
- • Proposal must remain valid for at least 5 months after tender due date
- • Pricing must remain firm for contract duration
- • Must submit conceptual designs, floorplans, technical drawings, elevations, 3D renders and visualisations
- • Must submit two exhibition concepts: Leisure Tourism and Trade/Business Events
- • Must demonstrate alignment with South African Tourism Corporate Identity and brand guidelines
- • Must provide pricing proposals based on historical strategic platforms (ATM, IMEX Frankfurt, IMEX America, IBTM World, WTM London, ITB Berlin)
- • All bids must be submitted on official forms using e-procurement portal only
- • Technical enquiries must be submitted in writing by 16 September 2026 @13:00 SA Time
