About this tender
SASSA seeks to establish a database of medical/health practitioners to conduct post-application quality assurance of disability assessments in Eastern Cape Region for 36 months; applicants must be HPCSA-registered with minimum 5 years clinical and assessment experience, 3 years QA experience, tax compliance, and CSD registration.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Proof of matric/NSC or equivalent university entry certificate
- • Proof of qualification as medical officer/health practitioner
- • Current and valid HPCSA registration
- • Minimum 5 years clinical experience post community service
- • Minimum 5 years conducting medical assessments
- • Minimum 3 years conducting quality assurance
- • Must not be resident in district where QA work conducted
- • Must not have been convicted for Social Grants fraud
- • Must not have been excluded/suspended from medical evaluations by SASSA/DoH/RAF/Correctional Services
- • Must not have been excluded from any Government service
- • Must not have been found guilty of misconduct or facing disciplinary charges by HPCSA
- • Must demonstrate ability to analyse clinical information for plausibility determination
- • Must attend compulsory information session on disability management
