- • SBD 6.1 - fully completed preference points claim form
- • Completed Vendor Accreditation Form
- • Cancelled cheque and/or stamped letter from bank
- • Tax compliance status (TCS) PIN from SARS with valid tax clearance certificate
- • Certified copy of Identity Documents of Shareholders/Directors
- • Confidentiality agreement signature
