- • Service provider must have undertaken similar electronic signature projects and be able to showcase digital electronic signature solution implementations
- • Solution must comply with DPSA Electronic Signature Guidelines Appendices version 1.1.0
- • Solution must support 400 users with 50,000 annual transactions
- • Cloud-hosted solution with remote accessibility across multiple device types
- • Support for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- • Integration with existing SAHPRA systems via secure APIs
- • Role-based access control (RBAC) and centralized administration portal
- • Support for multiple document formats (.doc, .docx, .pdf, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx, .txt)
- • Audit trail reporting with detailed tracking of document status and activities
- • Global security standards compliance with AES 128-bit and SSL 256-bit encryption
- • Certificate of completion for all signed documents
- • One-month user information gathering/transfer period after 36-month contract term
