ARMSCOR requests quotation for survey, design, supply, installation, commissioning and legal compliance verification of a foundry fettling bay and epoxy local exhaust ventilation (HVAC) system; compulsory site visit and CIDB ME Grade 1 or higher required.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid CIDB proof of registration or CIDB relevant documentation
- • CIDB grading level 1 ME or higher
- • At least one signed client reference letter OR one completion certificate confirming completion of designing, installation and commissioning of a Local Exhaust Ventilation System
- • Valid proof of BBBEE status for bidder and sub-contractors
- • Compulsory site visit attendance (bidder must confirm attendance and bring ID)
- • CIPC registration documents listing all members with percentage
- • Municipality bill/local councillor letter (not older than 3 months) or lease agreement for locality verification
- • CIPC Beneficial Ownership Declaration (latest lodged)
- • Company registration documents from CIPC with latest share register and share certificate signed by Company Secretary or registered Auditor
- • If designated sector applies: completed annexures c, d & e, exemption letter from DTIC, and letter from manufacturer
