What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Contactable reference letters for similar organisational design/operating model reviews completed within last 3 years
- • References must be from South African organisations with 500+ employees
- • Reference letters on company letterhead with contact person details and signatory designation
- • Project Lead must demonstrate senior-level OD experience
- • Relevant qualification from recognised tertiary institution (Industrial Psychology, OD, HRM, MBA, Strategic Management, Public Administration, Labour Relations, Business Process Management, or related field)
- • Detailed methodology addressing evidence-based diagnostics, operating model framework, costing/affordability modelling, and digital enablement
- • Detailed project plan and implementation roadmap demonstrating delivery within 3 months
- • Proof of ownership (CIPC documentation and ID documents of owner(s))
- • Medical certificate confirming disability of owner(s) if claiming preferential points
- • Quotation on official letterhead with total fixed amount including all applicable taxes
