- • Appointment letters/approved orders from Government Institution (maximum 3) demonstrating previous similar project experience
- • Proof of address/lease agreement of operational base with Google Maps distance printout showing radius from Richmond landfill site
- • Full CSD report to claim specific goals points
- • Minimum 70 points required on functionality evaluation to proceed to price/preference stage
