SASSETA seeks Subject Matter Experts to develop External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) instruments, exemplars, and marking scripts for a Registered Occupational Qualification in Family Law (NQF Level 5, 205 credits) over a 3-week period, with delivery by 31 December 2026.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • One (1) or more completed assignments in development of EISA examination instruments, FISA instruments, QAS Addendum, qualification re-alignment/development, assessment standards, or learning materials from any SETA/Quality Assurance Body
- • Signed reference letters on previous clients' letterhead with contact details
- • Detailed Curriculum Vitae demonstrating 3+ years experience in legal field or occupational learning and development in legal field
- • Copy of ETDP SETA learning programme developer statement of results or related ETD qualification (mandatory - non-submission leads to automatic disqualification)
- • Copy of LLB or higher qualification (mandatory - non-submission leads to automatic disqualification)
- • International qualifications must be verified by SAQA with verification letter attached
- • Cannot be appointed as both developer and moderator for same qualification
- • Cannot be appointed as developer if accredited as skills development training provider
- • Initial each page of General Conditions of Contract (GCC) Annexure A
- • Sign confidentiality agreement
- • Complete and submit SBD 1 (with proof of authority), SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1
- • Quotation valid for 90 days from closing date
- • Quotation in PDF format
- • Price quoted firm and inclusive of VAT
- • Firm delivery period/date indicated
- • Achieve 100% functionality score to proceed to 80/20 preference points evaluation
- • Must obtain 100% for functionality for further evaluation
