Evaluation on 80/20 price/preference basis with BBBEE preference points for race, gender, and disability ownership.

- • Proof of previous supply of goods in past 24 months (minimum 2 references: stamped/signed invoices, delivery notes or reference letters with contact details)
- • Original manufacturer technical datasheets or Certificate of Analysis (COA) and/or product brochures with complete specifications for each item quoted
- • Picture of the product
- • Registration on OBP E-Procurement portal (in advance of submission)
- • All required company documents uploaded with bid application
- • Quotation on company letterhead in PDF format only
- • Offer validity period and lead time indicated
- • VAT treatment clearly indicated (exclusive or inclusive)
- • For preference points: valid BBBEE Certificate (51% black ownership for race preference, 30% women ownership for gender preference, or doctor's note/Department of Labour confirmation/BEE certificate for disability)
