- • Detail report/proposal on confidentiality assurance (POPI Act compliance)
- • Consent form to conduct background checks
- • Turnaround timeframes to be provided
- • Registration on OBP E-Procurement portal (in advance)
- • VAT treatment clarification (prices must be VAT exclusive unless stated otherwise)
- • Offer validity period to be indicated
- • BBBEE Certificate showing 51% black ownership (for 10 preference points) OR 30% women ownership (for 8 points) OR disability confirmation (for 2 points)
