- • Team Leader: minimum NQF Level 8 in Economics with 10+ years post-qualification experience in research and demand studies
- • Market Researcher/Analyst/Investment Analyst: minimum NQF Level 7 in Development Finance/Economics or similar with 5+ years post-qualification experience
- • Minimum 5 completed demand market studies with completion letters
- • Minimum 5 reference letters from clients
- • Corporate profile with minimum 8 demand market studies listed
- • Evidence of work in social housing, student housing, up-market developments, precinct market studies, and subsidised housing programmes
- • Comprehensive methodology and approach documentation
- • Four-month indicative programme for both sites
- • Project Lead must not be a Town and Regional Planning company
