MICT SETA requests quotations from service providers to conduct independent investigations into recent senior management resignations and governance challenges, requiring a lead consultant with 10+ years' HR/governance experience and a master's degree.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Lead consultant CV demonstrating at least 10 years experience in Human Resource Management/Organisational Re-engineering/Industrial Psychology/Corporate Governance
- • Lead consultant must have handled at least 3 investigations in public entities, statutory bodies or organs of state
- • Lead consultant experience with Corporate Governance, Labour Law and King V
- • Lead consultant experience with BCEA, LRA, Skills Development Act and SETA environment
- • Lead consultant must possess master's degree in HR/Organisational Re-engineering/Industrial Psychology/Corporate Governance or equivalent
- • Certified copy of lead consultant's master's qualification (not older than 6 months)
- • At least 3 contactable reference letters from different RSA clients indicating experience in HR/Labour Relations/Governance investigations in public sector
- • CIPC Documents and valid share certificate showing shareholding percentages
- • Certified ID copies of company directors per CIPC documents (not older than 6 months)
- • SBD 4 Bidder's Disclosure form
- • SBD 6.1 Preferential Procurement Claim Form
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or proof of SARS application with verification PIN
- • Certified copy of director IDs (not older than 6 months)
