- • Screenshots demonstrating assessment delivery, security features, question types, randomisation, auto/manual marking, authentication, audit trails
- • Detailed implementation methodology addressing deployment, user setup, assessment templates, training, project plan and timelines
- • Support, Maintenance and SLA commitments plan (assessment-day support, helpdesk, maintenance, incident response SLAs, backup/disaster recovery, uptime commitments)
