Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies – Johannesburg Water RFQ

Supply and delivery of medical supplies as and when required by Johannesburg Water. Items include: 1,000 single-dose typhoid vaccines (any brand), 500 single-dose tetanus vaccines (any brand), 40 boxes of Vibac Bacterial/Viral Filters (CSPLOF LOPF 30, SSEM/Mthembu brand), 4 units of Accu-Chek active strips (Accu-Chek brand), 10 units of L-Combur 6 urine test strips (Roche brand), 4 units of Contour TS strips (Buyer brand), and 10 litres of 70% alcohol hand sanitizer (any brand). The supplier must hold a valid Pharmacy Certificate or be credited by SAHRPA. Prior successful completion of medical supplies delivery is mandatory. Two reference letters from clients detailing previous medical supplies deliveries must be provided, including client name, product description, contact details, and signed confirmation of satisfactory completion. Letters must be on client letterhead. All quotations must be submitted via the e-tender portal (https://www.etenders.gov.za/) by 16 October 2026 at 16:00. Total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Quotation validity is 60 days. Evaluation uses 80/20 preference scoring (80 points price, 20 points specific goals per PPPFA 2022). Submission requires CSD registration, valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, tax clearance certificate, municipal rates and taxes statement (not older than 90 days), valid lease agreement or municipal account statement (not older than 3 months), and all mandatory MBD forms duly completed and signed.
