- • Proof of address (municipal account or lease agreement not older than 90 days)
- • Proof of ECSA accreditation
- • Training venue within 20km of City of Johannesburg
- • Supply of Civil 3D software licenses for training
- • Catering provision (coffee, tea, lunch with starch, vegetable, meat, salad, 330ml soda)
- • Attendance register, course feedback report, and individual certificates with statement of results
- • All MBD forms duly completed and signed
- • Quotation on company letterhead in PDF format
- • Full completion of Bill of Quantities/Specification
