What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- • Reference letters on template or company letterhead (minimum 3 years SAP HR/Payroll Business Support experience in South Africa, including year-end tax processes)
- • Reference letters on template or company letterhead (minimum 3 years experience with Org Publisher Organizational Reporting and Spinifex Management Reporting Tools integrated with SAP HR/PY system in South Africa)
- • Valid lease agreement or municipal account statement not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 90 days
- • Complete Bill of Quantities/Specification
- • All MBDs duly completed and signed
- • Quotation on company letterhead in PDF format
- • Not a state employee
- • Not blacklisted by National Treasury or National Authority
- • Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable), properly signed by all parties
- • Technical submission describing risk indemnification to JW in payment process
- • Acknowledgement that system, data and records remain property of JW
