- • Valid Lease Agreement or Municipal Account Statement not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 90 days
- • Letter of Good Standing from Department of Employment and Labour
- • Emergency Preparedness Plan
- • All MBDs duly completed and signed
- • Quotations on company letterhead
- • Quotations must include all applicable taxes
