- • Completed Bill of Quantities/Specification
- • All MBD forms duly completed and signed (including MBD 4 and MBD 8)
- • Submission in PDF format on company letterhead
- • Joint Venture Agreement if applicable
- • Not blacklisted by National Treasury or any National Authority
- • Not a person in the service of the state
