- • Bill of Quantities completed on company letterhead
- • Valid lease agreement or municipal account statement not older than 3 months and not in areas for more than 90 days
- • Company letterhead quotation in PDF format only (no Word, Excel, pictures)
- • All MBDs duly completed and signed
- • Joint Venture Agreement if applicable
- • Not in service of the state
- • Not blacklisted by National Treasury
