- • Valid lease agreement or municipal account statement not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 90 days
- • All MBDs duly completed and signed
- • Quotation must include all applicable taxes
- • Quotation on PDF format only (MS Word, Excel, pictures not allowed)
- • Not in service of the state
- • Not blacklisted by National Treasury or any National Authority
