About this tender
Johannesburg Water seeks supply, configuration, installation and commissioning of intelligent GSM telemetry data loggers with Modbus RTU interfacing, SCADA integration to Adroit v10, web-hosting and 24-month SIM services for water infrastructure monitoring across 20 remote sites.

- • Completed MBD forms (duly completed and signed)
- • Valid lease agreement or municipal account statement not older than 3 months
- • Brand name, model number and comprehensive technical datasheet for equipment
- • Full completion of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Specification
- • Quotations on PDF format on company letterhead (MS Word, Excel, Pictures not allowed)
- • Joint Venture Agreement (where applicable, properly signed by all parties)
- • Not in service of the state
- • Not blacklisted by National Treasury or National Authority
