- • Completed SBD4 (Bidder's Disclosure)
- • Completed SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form)
- • Completed SBD 6.2 and Annexure C (Local Content documentation)
- • Proof of past experience supplying/delivering PPE/Uniform via signed reference letters from clients
- • Technical specification compliance confirmation letter signed by service provider
- • Proof of delivery vehicles (minimum 2 LDV/truck): registration certificates or valid lease/rental agreements with enatis documents
