About this tender
SAQA seeks a service provider to supply, customize, deliver and install an asset management software tool (desktop and mobile) with professional services, maintenance and support over 36 months, requiring CSD registration, B-BBEE certification, OEM accreditation, reference letters, and technical staff CVs.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid signed letter or agreement from OEM/OSM confirming current accreditation for supply, installation, maintenance and support
- • 2 reference letters from clients with successful similar project implementations on company letterhead and signed
- • Detailed CV of Technical Account Manager with minimum 2 years experience implementing the solution
- • Detailed CVs of 2 technical resources with minimum 1 year experience implementing the solution plus certified copies of IT Asset Management or Software Asset Manager certifications
- • Certified copy of B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit with SANAS logo visible
- • SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms completed, signed and submitted
- • Submission in PDF format only
- • Live demonstration of software tool (for Stage 3 qualified bidders only)
- • Must achieve minimum 80/100 points in Stage 3 demonstration to proceed to Stage 4
