- • Company profile with proven previous experience
- • Statement of municipal account (not older than 3 months) OR lease agreement OR SAPS affidavit OR ward councillor letter confirming no municipal rates obligation
- • Proof of firm not in arrears with Local Municipality rates/service charges by more than 30 days
- • All tender forms completed (Form of Offer, declaration of interest)
- • All price alterations must be signed
- • Quotation as costing schedule with total price inclusive of VAT in words and numerals signed on Form of Offer
- • MBD1-MBD9 forms completed and submitted
- • Original or Certified copy of B-BBEE Certificate issued by SANAS-accredited Verification Agency
- • SARS Tax Clearance Certificate current on day of bid OR Tax Compliance Status PIN
