Artscape, a cultural institution, requires one truck on hire for a single trip with multiple legs over ten days in October 2026. The truck must be available at Artscape, DF Malan Street, Foreshore, Cape Town, from Friday 16 October at 2pm for team loading. It departs Artscape on Monday 19 October at 8am, delivering to Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) hall, 19 Jan Van Riebeeck Street, Wellington. Once unloaded, the truck returns to Wellington on Saturday 24 October, ready for loading from 9am, and then returns to Artscape for off-loading by Monday 26 October at 1pm. The truck remains at Artscape between the two trips. This is a once-off hire spanning the dates 16–26 October 2026. Bidders must submit BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, SARS number, and SARS status PIN, along with completed SBD forms 4, 6.1, 8, and 9. All prices must be firm and VAT inclusive. Evaluation uses the 80/20 price/preference point system, with 80 points for price and 20 points for BBBEE contribution level.
