TO APPOINT A SERVICE PROVIDER (SP) TO SUPPLY THE DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY, FISHERIES AND THE ENVIRONMENT (DFFE) / MARINE LIVING RESOURCES FUND (MLRF) WITH NEW 1.5 TON FRONT LOADER TRACTOR WITH A WEIGHT OF 8000-10000 AND 70KW POWER TO LAUNCH THE VESSELS AT ARNISTON HARBOUR. THE TRACTOR MUST BE DELIVERED AT THE ARNISTON PROCLAIMED FISHING HARBOUR, ARNISTON, WESTERN CAPE.
