What you need to qualify for this tender
- • COIDA Valid Certificate
- • Valid lease agreement or Municipal Statement (Western Cape location required)
- • Key IT Support Personnel: NQF Level 5 minimum in IT/Computer Science/Information Systems OR accredited IT support certification
- • Key IT Support Personnel: 5+ years IT Support experience including hardware/software support, Microsoft Software knowledge, SAGE/VIP or equivalent
- • All returnable schedules completed (SBD1, SBD3.2, SBD4, SBD6.1, pricing submission, BBBEE Certificate/sworn affidavit, CSD Report, certificate of authority, ID copy, CIPRO registration)
- • Quote on all listed IT support service items (setup, installation, maintenance, cabling, remote access, UPS service, etc.)
- • Minimum 70/100 functionality score to proceed to price evaluation
- • BBBEE Verification Certificate from SANAS Accredited Verification Agency or EME sworn affidavit
