- • 50% of Directors/Owners must have SHE training and be SACPCMP registered
- • One Health and Safety Agent (PrCHSA) with SACPCMP registration required
- • Two Construction Health and Safety Officers (PrCHSO) with SACPCMP registration required
- • Minimum one construction-related OHSE project completed valued at R350,000 or more
- • Reference letters from clients on company letterhead with valid contact details
- • Supporting PO/Award Letter/Agreement for each referenced project
- • Completion of all RFP documentation including declarations and Standard Bidding Documents (SBD)
- • Commissioner of Oath certification
- • Joint Venture/Consortium Agreement if applicable, signed by all parties
