Supply and delivery of 5 standard laptops to the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and Environment at Environment House, 473 Steve Biko Road, Arcadia, Pretoria. Each laptop order includes: 1 standard laptop, 1 NETTRACE unit, 1 laptop backpack, 1 laptop lock, 1 keyboard, and 1 mouse (5 sets total). Bidders must offer Dell, Lenovo, or HP brands only, with equipment fully complying to approved specifications and correct NETTRACE model specified for each brand. Delivery address is Environment House, Pretoria. All delivery costs, VAT, PAYE, UIF, and SDL must be included in the bid price. Price validity is 90 days from closing date. Bidders must submit formal quotation on company letterhead with item descriptions, quotation validity, banking details, contact details, and CSD MAAA number. No goods may be delivered before official purchase order issued by department.
