- • Portfolio of evidence demonstrating 5+ years baggage delivery experience
- • Reference letters from previous clients (on letterhead, with contact details, signed by authorized official)
- • Confirmation of national footprint at all four domestic airports
- • List of vehicles with lockable canopies per airport
- • Detailed baggage delivery methodology including resource plan, contingency plan, and same-day delivery guidelines
