- • Valid proof of registration with relevant council per Council for Built Environment Act of 2000
- • Service Level Agreement (SLA) signature required upon award
- • Acknowledgement of addenda if issued
- • Financial proposal compliant with GPT Infrastructure Instruction 02 of 2025/26
- • Professional fees not to exceed 11% of estimated construction cost (excluding VAT)
- • Market-related and competitive rates inclusive of mandatory discounts
