- • 3-year warranty on all hardware and software
- • Installation, configuration, and commissioning services
- • User training and knowledge transfer to ICT support, executive support and boardroom users
- • Technical documentation and administrator documentation provision
- • Minimum 99.5% system availability
- • Integration with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex or approved equivalent platforms
- • Support and maintenance services with defined service levels for incident response and fault resolution
