- • Proof of combined 3rd Party and Passenger Liability insurance minimum R50,000,000 per incident (or signed letter of undertaking)
- • Insurance must cover darting and other dangerous flying work
- • Dedicated pilot minimum 500 flying hours in Game Capture operations
- • Dedicated pilot minimum 1,000 flying hours in helicopter Turbine/Piston operations
- • Employment contract/agreement of dedicated pilots
- • Submission of fully completed SBD1 (Invitation to Bid)
- • Quotation on company letterhead
- • Submission of fully completed SBD4 (Bidder's Disclosure)
- • Submission of fully completed SBD6.1
- • Submission of fully completed SBD7.2
- • Proof of CSD registration
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (if claiming preference points)
