- • Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing (before work commences on site)
- • SBD 4 Form (Declaration of Interest) - completed and signed
- • Company Resolution Letter (proof of authority)
- • Minimum 2 resources with experience on maintenance, support or installation and configuration of Microwave/Radio equipment
- • CV and relevant certifications for assigned resources
- • Equipment resource capacity documentation (Spectrum analyzer, planning and monitoring software, hydraulic lift tables etc.)
- • Work breakdown/schedule/project programme
- • Client references (minimum 2-4 company references with contactable details for similar services delivered)
