RFQ for media buying services to place advertorials in nine provincial city newspapers across South Africa. Bidders must be CSD-registered, tax-compliant, provide reference letter for media buying work, submit administrative compliance documents including ID copies, CIPC registration, SARS PIN, and B-BBEE certificate/affidavit. - • Registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- • Tax Compliant status (CSD Overall Tax Status must be compliant)
- • One (1) contactable reference letter of previous work done in Media Buying services (must be on client letterhead, signed, with contact details, specifying previous media buying work)
- • ID copies of Company directors
- • CIPC Company registration
- • B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EME & QSE)
- • Fully completed and signed RFQ document including SBD4 and SBD6
- • Quotation page must be signed
- • SBD 4 declaration of interest form must be completed and signed
- • Must not be listed on National Treasury database of restricted suppliers and defaulters
- • Must not be under investigation for corrupt activities
- • Appointment subject to SIU Internal Integrity Unit screening and/or State Security Agency vetting
- • Valid B-BBEE status Certificate with SANAS logo or Sworn Affidavit by Commissioner of Oaths with SAPS Stamp for 80/20 evaluation
- • Price quotation in company letterhead
- • Detailed cost breakdown including VAT
