- • BBBEE Certificate (original or certified copy from SANAS-accredited Verification Agency)
- • Sworn affidavit for EMEs and 51% black-owned QSEs confirming annual turnover and black ownership
- • Proof of valid TV licence or affidavit confirming non-possession
- • Certified copy of company registration document
- • Certified copy of shareholders' certificates
- • Certified copies of ID documents of directors/members
- • Last three years audited/reviewed financial statements or management accounts
- • Minimum credit rating: S&P zaAA, Moody's Aa1.za, or Fitch AA-(zaf)
