What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Certified copy of valid Company Firearm License - minimum 1 pistol
- • Certified copy of valid PSIRA Certificate
- • Certified copy of NKP Certificate for NKP site
- • Proof of Physical Address for Site Office (utility bills not older than 3 months OR active lease/rental agreement not older than 12 months)
- • Site office with control room must be located within Gauteng Province
- • Original or certified copy of valid BBBEE Certificate from SANAS accredited Verification Agency (or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE)
- • Proof of valid TV License Statement for company, shareholders and directors, or affidavit proving non-possession
- • Certified copy of Company Registration Document
- • Certified copy of Shareholders' certificates
- • Certified copy of ID documents of Directors or Members
- • Last three years audited/reviewed financial statements OR Companies Management Accounts
- • Certified copy of valid Letter of Good Standing from COIDA fund
- • Certified copy of valid Letter of Good Standing from UIF (UIF Compliance Certificate)
- • Establish control room within 100km radius at bidder's own cost (required at contracting)
