- • CSD registration with Master Registration Number (Supplier MAAA Number) required and must be included in SBD1
- • Proof of authority to sign bid (e.g. board resolution)
- • If joint venture/consortium/trust/partnership: signed agreement clearly identifying Lead Partner, roles, responsibilities, guaranteeing entity, date of formation, and percentage division of work
- • B-BBEE status level certificate if applicable
- • Reference checks may be conducted independently
- • Clarification and additional information may be requested after closing date
