- • Team members must hold relevant qualifications (details cut off in document)
- • Bidder must demonstrate compliance with all mandatory technical evaluation criteria
- • Bid submission on or before closing date and time
- • Submission on official forms provided
- • Subject to Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 2000 and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022
