- • Lead Advisor/Technical Expert: experience leading bankable feasibility studies and business cases; proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams
- • Real Estate Economist: experience applying economic principles and modelling to real estate markets
- • Real Estate Valuer: experience undertaking impartial expert review and valuation of real estate
- • Financial Modeller/Structuring: relevant experience in structuring funding models, cash flow statements, risk allocation and forecasting
- • PPP/Public Finance Expert: relevant experience in PPP legislative requirements and National Treasury regulations
