What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Company experience: minimum 2 projects in printing/publishing services including design, layout, typesetting, proofreading, editing of annual reports or similar publications
- • Team leader: experience in production of annual reports or similar publications; formal tertiary qualification recognised by SAQA (NQF level 6 minimum)
- • Team member(s): experience in design, layout, typesetting, proofreading and/or editing in printing and publishing industry; formal tertiary qualifications recognised by SAQA (NQF level 5 minimum)
- • Detailed project plan with deliverables, logistics plan, key milestones, scope, schedule, and contingencies
- • Methodology proposal outlining project management approach
- • Completed SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1
- • Company profile as part of technical proposal
- • Non-Disclosure Agreement signed by all team members
- • Security screening and tests as deemed necessary by DMPR
- • Proof of specific goals claimed for preferential points (identity documents, CIPC, B-BBEE certificate, or affidavit)

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL THE APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE SERVICES PERTAINING TO THE DESIGN, LAYOUT (TYPE-SETTING), PROOFREADING AND EDITING AS WELL AS THE PRINTING OF THE MINE HEALTH AND SAFETY INSPECTORATE ANNUAL REPORT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MINERAL AND PETROLEUM RESOURCES 2025/2026 FOR A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS.
