- • Proposed solution must be ITIL-aligned (minimum V3, capable of V4)
- • Must support South African regulatory compliance (POPIA, FICA/AML, SARB, Prudential Authority, ITSCM/DORA)
- • Must embed COBIT 2019 governance, risk and compliance controls
- • Services suspension only as last resort during Postbank freeze periods
- • Integration with Active Directory required
- • Remote and on-premises connectivity capability
- • System requirements documentation (network, hardware, cloud AWS, OS, database)
